Overview

Chase offers customers convenient ways to pay with added security through various digital payments options from Apple Pay to Google Pay and Samsung Pay. Our goal is to identify any usability issues with the original release and determine the critical features for the product’s next iteration. Additionally, we want to streamline the digital wallet experience regardless of the device or wallet the customer uses.

What i did

  • Partner with our internal user research team to conduct usability tests to understand our customer’s perceptions of digital wallets, validate designs, and discover new opportunities to enhance the feature.

  • Organize brainstorming sessions with team members (product, engineers, content) to identify the best solutions for the current project objectives.

  • Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs to gather feedbacks from teams

  • Iterate on designs based on user research findings

  • Collaborate with engineers and accessibility teams throughout the design process to ensure proper implementation of designs
